Old Indian Recipe for Skin

I got the recipe from a video on Youtube from Farah Dhukai. Look her up she is fantastic!
Ingredients are:

2 TBS Flour
1 TBS Turmeric or Curcumin
! TBS Almond Oil
Milk- enough to make a paste

mix until a thick past is made and then apply to face and leave for 20 minutes.
The mask is going to get really hard on your face and your going to feel like you cant talk or smile.
To rinse off use warm water and gently rub off in a circular motion.

simple and all natural! The first time I tried it my skin felt really nice. This mixture is supposed to help with wrinkles and dark spots and acne... My skin is terrible but I will try this once a week for a month and lets hope there is good results! :)
